What quality/qualities make you stand out to your clients or coworkers?
I seek to understand situations completely before making decisions. The healthcare field has a saying: “Prescription without diagnosis is malpractice”. The same is true when working with clients or colleagues. We need to gather as much information as possible before implementing strategies.
What do you consider your biggest accomplishment at Private Wealth?
Fostering an idea meritocracy culture where people come first. Building the most robust investment platform I’ve seen compared to any competitor.
Where are you from? Where did you grow up?
I grew up in a military family, so we moved quite a bit. From birth to 4th grade: Forth Worth, Texas; Oxford, England; O’Fallon, Illinois; Port Lavaca, Texas; Bryan, Texas. From 4th – 12th grade: College Station, Texas.
What are your hobbies or favorite things to do in your free time?
Tennis, board/card/word games, kids’ activities, snowboarding/skiing, learning new things.

Three kids are a super good time. I thoroughly enjoy our clients, my colleagues, and my work, but I’m also excited to get home and hang out with the chillun.
