Hayden Passmore

Hayden serves as an Associate Investment Advisor in the Cedar Rapids office, where he manages client relationships, conducts review meetings and develops comprehensive, customized financial and investment plans. He also supports senior advisors on his team by leveraging his professional network and centers of influence to cultivate relationships, identify new business opportunities and represent the firm within the community.

Previously, Hayden worked in the Twin Cities as a Credit Associate at a top-ten U.S. commercial bank, where he managed significant pro rata transactions. In addition to his professional experience, he mentored through Big Brothers Big Sisters, volunteered with Second Harvest Heartland and supported students through his involvement with BestPrep.

Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Katelyn, traveling, trying new restaurants, experimenting with new recipes and unwinding with a good TV show. He is also a big sports fan and loves spending time outdoors, especially golfing, hunting or fishing. As a Cedar Rapids native, staying connected to family, friends, and the community has always been important to him.
