Private Wealth provides some of these services directly. In cases where it does not, Private Wealth will collaborate with outside service providers to create solutions for the client. Services provided by PW are described in Form ADV Part 2A and the client’s Financial Services Agreement. In the event Private Wealth uses other providers, the client will pay that provider directly. This is in addition to any advisory fees the client pays to PW.
